How a run is priced
A run costs what it consumes, so you pay for work that happens rather than seats that might. A short job on a small model costs cents; you choose the model per agent, so an hourly sweep and a weekly analysis are priced separately in the same operation.
Cost follows the tokens a run consumes, not how many items it touches. That is why a 40-email morning and a 10-email one land in the same range: it is one run either way.
When your balance runs out
If your balance runs out, runs pause instead of billing on — no surprise bill. Add balance any time and they pick up where they left off.
Nothing is lost while they are paused — your operations, agents, connections and schedules stay exactly as you left them.

Money you have added stays on the account until you spend it. There is no monthly allowance to forfeit, because there is no monthly allowance.
Building is free
Designing an operation, connecting accounts and setting up automations costs nothing. You pay when your agents do the work.
Every integration, on every account
No feature is behind a higher tier, because there are no tiers. Every operation gets its own connected accounts and its own fleet.
Auto-reload is off unless you turn it on
If you would rather your automations never pause, you can set a threshold and an amount. It does nothing until you ask for it.
